What is the Attic?
The attic is the holding place for all accounts that are not in good standing. As per the terms and conditions at the time of your registration, we require that all users must meet the following minimum requirement to keep their account active and in good standing.

What is the minimum requirement?
Successfully complete one of the following every 365 days;

• Any purchase of prints, photo gifts, cards, posters, books and calendars.
• Join the MyPhotoAlbum Club or renew your Club Membership.
• Complete any of the FREE try or buy options offered from our TrialPay partners.

Note : Qualifying transactions include any of the special promotions or discount offers we have provided, as well as the 20 free prints you received for joining.

Why did you say the service is free if I have to buy something?
Within the terms and conditions which you agreed to when joining MyPhotoAlbum, it states the minimum requiremst to keep your account in good standing.

As outlined above, the minimum requirement includes free, or no cost, options. All we ask is that you complete one transaction that yields us revenue each year so we can continue to develop and advance our service for all of our customers.

Was I informed of this action?
Yes, you were informed multiple times. This account was temporarily disabled and sent to the Attic because the above condition was not met. We contacted you by email at least three times and every time you logged in to your account for the last two months.

Please Note: If no action is taken this account will be COMPLETELY DELETED. Once deleted, all photos and videos cannot be retrieved.
